On January 8, 2026, with the release of Volume 13, it was announced that “The Dangers in My Heart” will conclude in the next volume, the 14th.

With a seven-month gap between recent volumes, the next volume will likely be released between July and August of 2026, depending on the consistency of chapter releases moving forward.

With each chapter being around 10-11 pages, coming out either every month or biweekly, and each volume filling up between 13 to 15 chapters, this means the series only has 13 or so chapters left.

The latest chapter, Chapter 183: “I Begin My Battle”, was released on January 6, 2026.

Along with this news, the series has sold over 7 million copies worldwide.

An anime compilation film with new material will be out on February 13, 2026, the day before Valentine’s Day.
