On Thursday, the May issue of Ichijinsha’s Comic Zero Sum magazine revealed that Mika Akatsuki’s manga adaptation of Nanako Tsujimura’s The Case Files of Jeweler Richard manga will be going on a hiatus.

The series plans to return later this year.

Tsujimura started the novel series with its inaugural volume in 2015, published under the Shueisha Orange Bunko label. The 13th volume of the series was released on October 19.

In November 2019, Akatsuki debuted a manga adaptation of the novels in Ichijinsha’s Monthly Comic Zero-Sum magazine.

Ichijinsha released the sixth compiled volume of the manga on March 29.

The novels served as the basis for a television anime that debuted in January 2020. Crunchyroll streamed the series concurrently with its Japanese broadcast.
