The Band Responsible For Black Clover’s First Opening Song Has Disbanded
After 12 years, this iconic rock band will disband.
On July 26, 2025, it was announced that Kankaku Piero (or Kankaku Pierrot), the band responsible for Black Clover’s first opening theme, “Haruka Minai” has disbanded after their solo tour of four performances in October.
Established in 2013, Kankaku Piero was a rock band from Osaka and its members are: Naohiro Yokoyama on vocals and guitar, Takuto Akizuki on guitar, Daiki Takiguchi on bass, and Kenta Achilles on drums.
Kankaku Piero is also responsible for Opening 6: “Rakuraki Rage” and the theme song “Break Together” for the film, Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King.
The band will release their final album I Wish to See You Again on August 7.
