Season 3 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is slated to premiere on April 5.

On June 8, Bandai Namco Filmworks revealed three new cast members. The franchise also began streaming a new promotional video and a new commercial for the third season.

The company also announced that Momoiro Clover Z will perform the second theme song, Renacer Serenade.

MindaRyn will perform the second ending theme, Miracle Soup.

The new cast includes:

  • Elmesia, voiced by Hisako Kanemoto

  • Momiji, voiced by Meo Kahara

  • Masayuki, voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuokamasayuki

Season 3 of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is slated to premiere on April 5.

The show will air for two continuous cours for a half-year run.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is a Japanese fantasy light novel series written by Fuse and illustrated by Mitz Vah.

It was serialized online from 2013 to 2016 on the user-generated novel publishing website, Shōsetsuka ni Narō.

It was later acquired by Micro Magazine, which published the first light novel volume in 2014. Twenty-one volumes have been released as of October 2023.

It received a manga adaptation from Kodansha, as well as five manga spin-offs published, and an anime television series adaptation produced by Eight Bit, which ran from October 2018 to March 2019.

Season 2 ran from January to September 2021, followed by an anime adaptation of the second spin-off manga from April to June 2021.

Season 3 is set to premiere on April 5, 2024.

Crunchyroll described the overall plot of Slime as follows:

Corporate worker Mikami Satoru is stabbed by a random killer, and is reborn to an alternate world. But he turns out to be reborn a slime! Thrown into this new world with the name Rimuru, he begins his quest to create a world that’s welcoming to all races.
