On Wednesday, the official Twitter account of Mifumi Inaba, the manga creator of Karakai Jōzu no (Moto) Takagi san, announced that the spinoff based on Sōichirō Yamamoto’s Teasing Master Takagi-san is going to end in five chapters.

This will be the 314th chapter of the manga.

The spinoff manga is set when Takagi and Nishikata are married, and have a daughter named Chi.

The manga was first published by Inaba in July 2017 in Shogakukan’s Manga ONE. On May 10, Shogakukan released the manga’s 21st collected book volume. Inaba also released a similar spinoff manga in Shogakukan’s Monthly Shōnen Sunday magazine under the title Karakai Jōzu(?) no Nishikata-san (Teasing Master(?) Nishikata-san).

The main character of the manga is Chi, the middle school daughter of Nishikata and Takagi, who teases and gets taunted by the kid seated next to her in class. There will be ten chapters in the manga.

The main manga was launched by Yamamoto in 2013, and the manga ended on October 12. The manga received an anime adaptation as well.

Yen Press is releasing the manga in English, and it describes the story as:

Middle schooler Nishikata has had it with his classmate who sits nearby, Takagi.

Day in and day out, she comes after him with every sort of trick or prank.

Even when he tries to tease her back, she’s always one step ahead but he’s not about to give up that easily in this battle of cunning and youth!
