Oshi No Ko Episode 8 Delayed; Recap Episode Will Air On May 31
The recap episode will feature interviews from two voice actors: Takeo Otsuka (Aqua) and Yurie Ikoma (Ruby).
The official Twitter handle of Oshi No Ko announced that Episode 8 of the anime will release on June 7 instead of May 31 due to a special program airing on that day.
According to the official website, the special program is a recap episode, which will look back at episodes 1 to 7 of the anime, along with interviews featuring two voice actors: Takeo Otsuka (Aqua) and Yurie Ikoma (Ruby).
Written by Aka Akasaka and illustrationed by Mengo Yokari, Oshi No Ko is being serialized by Shuesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since 2020 and 10 volumes are currently available.
Shuesha’s Manga Plus is releasing the manga digitally in English.
Yen Press has licensed the manga for English distribution and describes the manga as follows:
“Gorou is a gynecologist and idol fan who’s in shock after his favorite star, Ai, announces an impromptu hiatus. Little does Gorou realize that he’s about to forge a bond with her that defies all common sense!
