One Piece Will Have New Opening And Ending Songs This August
One Piece’s Egghead Arc will soon see its third opening and ending theme for the climax
On July 22, 2025, it was announced that One Piece will have a new opening and ending due for August 10, 2025 with the release of Episode 1139.
Meaning the opening and ending will change after only 16 episodes or 4 months and this will be the third set of openings and endings for the Egghead Island Arc, possibly the last set as we are heading for the climax.
The 22nd ending song will be “PUNKS” performed by Chameleon Lime Whoopiepie, with the artist posing next to a television with Vegapunk oncreen.
The title and band for the 28th opening have yet to be announced.
Quite fittingly, Episode 1137 plays the opening in the scene where Kuma punches Saturn to save his daughter Bonney.
Egghead Arc’s Climax is about to begin, with Chapter 1104 to be fully adapted in the upcoming Episode 1138, leaving only 20 chapters or episodes left to go.
