One Piece Live-Action Season 3 Has Officially Started Production
Amidst the hype for the release of One Piece live-action Season 2 next year, Season 3 has started production, showing us a hint of the Arabasta Arc.
On November 24, 2025, it was announced by the official account for the live-action adaptation of One Piece that One Piece Live-Action Season 3 has officially started production.
The image posted features a skull and Ace’s dagger and Log Pose, together with a script for Season 3.
This signifies Ace’s presence, possibly introduction in the Arabasta Arc proper.
Within Season 2’s trailer release on August 10, Season 3 had already been greenlit and was confirmed to be in the midst of production.
Throughout this month, we have had casting reveals for characters confirmed for Season 3, including Bon Clay (Cole Escola) and especially Luffy’s brother Portgas D. Ace (Xolo Maridueña).
Season 3 is expected to cover the whole Arabasta Arc to conclude the second saga, the Arabasta Saga, of One Piece, and may potentially reach the short Jaya arc or even Skypeia.
It is rumored that filming will last until around June 2026, so Season 3 will likely premiere in the second half of 2027, which is on time to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the One Piece manga.
Season 2 will be released on March 10, 2026.
