On December 5, 2025, the Da Vinci Book of the Year 2025 has been announced, with One Piece in 6th place.

First place is a bookstore manga called “Honnara Uruhodo” by Ao Kojima, which has taken the place of Jujutsu Kaisen, which won last year’s list.

One Piece has moved from 14th place last year to 6th place, likely another indicator of Elbaph Arc’s success.

Other familiar entries include:

11. Ichi the Witch
13. Kagurabachi
22. Detective Conan
23. Kingdom
24. Dandadan
25. Chainsaw Man
28. My Hero Academia

Ichi the Witch is once again displaying its immense popularity here, jumping to 11th place and just inching close to the top 10.

Kagurabachi has made a massive leap into 13th place, above its 22nd place from last year meanwhile My Hero Academia drops down to 28th place from its previous 22nd place.

Surprisingly, Jujutsu Kaisen is not included here in spite of its first place last year yet Chainsaw Man and Dandadan enter the list for the first time, likely due to the recent success of their adaptations.
