One Piece In Love To End This Month
The One Piece romance spinoff is set to end in next week.
On January 14, 2026, it was announced that the spinoff, “One Piece in Love” by Daiki Ihara will be ending on Shonen Jump Plus on January 22, 2026 with Chapter 180.
Written and illustrated by Daiki Ihara on June 18, 2018 for Shonen Jump Plus, this story has a romantic theme and is set in the modern world, with the characters taking their first names from the Straw Hat crew and who fall in love with the manga’s story as well.
Ryosuke Kanemoto, Ayane Sakura, Yuichi Nakamura cast for One Piece In Love Spinoff’s main characters, Yamamoto Luffy, Koyama Nami and Nakatsugawa Usopp respectively, with the Usopp character acting as the group’s leader.
This series currently has 179 chapters and 37 extras or omakes within 13 volumes, with a 14th volume to conclude the series.
However, the series was on hiatus since November 2021 and has returned since March 2025.
The short anime released on April 1, 2025 has five episodes and a special episode, adapting Chapters 1-4, 19-20, 136 and 159, alongside 5 omakes in Episode 4, for a total length of 33 minutes, 6 seconds.
