On Monday, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Shueisha, and Toei Animation announced that they will hold “One Piece Day” on July 21 and 22.

The event is a two-day celebration of the debut of the acclaimed manga by Eiichiro Oda.

This event will be held at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center and will be live-streamed on YouTube as well.

The event is set to feature a “cheering” screening of the One Piece Film Red on the first day. Here, shouting and cheering will be allowed.

The second day will have a stage event featuring cast members and announcements for merchandise and other activities.

In 2017, the Japan Anniversary Association announced July 22 as “One Piece Day”, commemorating the anniversary of the manga’s debut.

It has been celebrated ever since. Last year, the event was celebrated on July 22-23.
