One Piece Announces Heroines Light Novel To Feature Nami, Hancock, And More!

On Thursday, Shueisha revealed that the light novel titled ONE PIECE novel HEROINES [Colorful] is receiving a new issue on March 4.

The characters Hancock, Tashigi, Reiju, Uta, Nami, and Robin will be the main focus of this issue.

“episode: Hancock” tells the return of one of Hancock’s subordinates after a long disappearance at sea. As she is about to tell her love story on the high sea, a hurricane blows in.

“episode: Tashigi” sees the character passing on her sword skills to a young girl like her.

“episode: Reiju” is a cooking story about Reiju and her brothers creating a meal for themselves with no cook onboard.

“episode: Uta” sees the character singing a new song as she reminisces over Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates.

“extra episode: Nami & Robin” delves into how the two women manage to indulge in self-care during their voyage at sea with the help of Chopper and Brook.

The first book of the Heroines novel series, which focused on Nami, was released in 2021.

About One Piece

One Piece manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda.

It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since July 1997. And has compiled a total of 107 tankobon volumes as of November 2023.

The manga spawned a media franchise, having been adapted into a festival film by Production I.G. and an anime series by Toei Animation, which began broadcasting in 1999.

Additionally, Toei has developed fourteen animated feature films, one original video animation, and thirteen television specials.

The latest entry in the franchise, One Piece Film Red, premiered in Japan in August 2022.

It is the 8th highest-earning film of all time in Japan and also topped Japan’s box office for the year 2022 in terms of both yen earned and tickets sold.
