Noragami Panel At Anime Expo 2024 Suggests Big Update Incoming!

It is rumored that Director Kotaori Tamura is working on the sequel.

Recently, fans noticed that Noragami is listed under the upcoming releases showcase for Avex Pictures’ 10th Anniversary Panel at the Anime Expo Event 2024. 

While it is unclear if this is about the sequel, word on the street is that the anime is in production, with Director Kotaori Tamura working on the sequel. 

About Noragami:

Noragami: Stray God is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Adachitoka. It was serialized in Kodansha’s shōnen manga magazine Monthly Shōnen Magazine from December 2010 to January 2024, with its chapters collected in 27 tankōbon volumes.

Season 1 of the anime produced by Bones was broadcast from January to March 2014, while Season 2, titled Noragami Aragoto, was broadcast from October to December 2015.

Crunchyroll describes the overall plot of Noragami as follows:

Yato may just be a minor god now, but he’s determined to make it big and he’s got a plan. Unfortunately, things just don’t seem to be going his way. He doesn’t have a single shrine dedicated to him, his partner has just quit, and now he’s got to find a new divine weapon. Just when things look bleak, he meets a girl named Hiyori and changes her life forever.
