Ever since the end of the previous season on June 30, 2024, Demon Slayer fans have been anticipating the final arc in the form of the movie trilogy, the “Infinity Castle” Arc.

Even with the latest trailer, we barely have any concrete information about the release date of the movie until now.

On January 10, 2025, a leak reveals that an “Untitled Crunchyroll/Sony/Aniplex Event Film” has been listed in websites for international distribution starting September 12th, 2025.

This is further corroborated by an official German cinema site, Cinestar.de, listing the movie as an “Untitled Crunchyroll/Sony/Aniplex Event Film” but holding a Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba “Infinity Castle Arc” Movie description.

This means that the first Infinity Castle movie might be released in theaters before or during Summer 2025 for Japan.

The Infinity Castle Arc is one of the two final arcs of the Demon Slayer manga, alongside the Sunrise Countdown Arc.

Both arcs span 70 chapters, from Chapter 140: “The Final Battle Begins” to Chapter 205: “Life Shining Across the Years”.
