Much like My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen will be getting an epilogue to flesh out the conclusion of its characters

During Jump Festa 2025 Red Stage on December 21, 2024, it has been announced that Volume 30 of Jujutsu Kaisen will feature an additional 16 pages or epilogue chapter focusing on the conclusions of four characters:

Nobara JJK

Nobara Kugisaki, Panda, Yuko Ozawa (Yuji’s friend) and Uraume.

Alongside the epilogue, there will be more illustrations from Akutami himself.

Some fans have received this news with mixed feelings, especially with the inclusion of “non-relevant” characters such as Yuji’s friend Ozawa and Panda.

Jujutsu Kaisen recently concluded on September 30, 2024 with mixed reception to its conclusion, which focused on the main trio, Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki, and their simple mission while we see the conclusion to Satoru Gojo’s dream for the future and Sukuna’s resolution.

Alongside the announcement of the additional pages, the Jujutsu Kaisen anime teases the Culling Game with a new key visual but no confirmed release date and more information on the upcoming Hidden Inventory compilation film coming on May 30, 2025.

Volume 30, the final volume of Jujutsu Kaisen, will be released alongside Volume 29 on December 25, 2024.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a manga series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from March 5, 2018 to September 30 2024, reaching 30 volumes.

One of the magazine’s biggest recent hits, Jujutsu Kaisen managed to sell 100 million copies by the time the series ended.

Jujutsu Kaisen is the story of Yuji Itadori and his struggles as the vessel of the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna.
