Bruce Lee Entertainment, in collaboration with content platform Shibuya, is working on the first-ever Bruce Lee anime, titled House Of Lee.

Shannon Lee, daughter of Bruce Lee, unveiled this project to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Enter the Dragon.

Enter the Dragon is a martial arts classic that propelled Bruce Lee to international stardom.

Along with the announcement, a teaser trailer for the anime was also unveiled.

House of Lee will be an action-fantasy anime series and will premiere in 2024.

The story will follow Bruce Lee as he assembles his dragon warriors in a race against time to prevent the world from descending into darkness and shadow.

Throughout the project, both Bruce Lee Entertainment and Shibuya will work independently.

On the anime, Shannon Lee commented,” Anime is an amazing medium for telling a truly creative story where Bruce Lee can be Bruce Lee.

I’m so excited for the possibilities for action, fantasy, history, culture, and creativity within this medium.”

Shibuya was co-founded by acclaimed artists Emily Yang and Shannon Lee, who partnered with Shibuya out of admiration for their previous work.

She particularly loved their White Rabbit anime short, co-created by Emily Yang.

Throughout the project, both Bruce Lee Entertainment and Shibuya will work independently through a community campaign.

Regarding her view about Shibuya, Shannon Lee said, “I love Emily and Shibuya’s perspective. They are such creative, hardworking, skilled artists with an amazing brand, I just knew that they would be perfect collaborators.

The organic way it all came together spoke volumes of our potential collaboration, and it’s been great!”.
