The 24-minute-long episode recaps the events of Season 2 and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film.
On August 16, the YouTube channel Crunchyroll released a special recap episode. The 24-minute-long episode recaps the events of Season 2 and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film.
It explains how there were two students who were known as the strongest jujutsu sorcerers and who later separated ways. Gojo became the future strongest sorcerer, and Geto became the future worst curse user.
The special episode was released to help fans better understand the timeline of the events leading up to the events of season 1.
This now leaves the question of how Suguru Geto was seen again in season 1.
Season 2, Part 2, The Shibuya Incident Arc, will answer some of these questions.
About Jujutsu Kaisen
The Jujutsu Kaisen TV anime is based on the manga of the same name, written and illustrated by Gege Akutami.
Gege Akutami started its serialization in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in March 2018.
The author shared that he plans to end the manga by the end of this year.
In October 2020, Mappa adapted the manga into a TV anime that ran for 24 episodes.
The second season will run for two cours consecutively starting July 6 and cover the Hidden Inventory Arc in the first cour.
The first cour has already ended, and the sector cour will start on August 31 and cover the Shibuya Incident Arc.
