Chainsaw Man Has OFFICIALLY ENDED. No Part 3 in Sight.
A sad day for Chainsaw Man fans has come as the manga has officially announced its completion, crushing any hope for a Part 3 to the story.
On March 25, 2026, it was announced that Chainsaw Man has officially concluded with Chapter 232: “Thank You, Chainsaw Man.”
Amidst concerns over whether this is the finale of the franchise or if there is a Part 3 coming, it seems like Fujimoto and Shueisha have said the final word on Denji’s story.
Instead, we got a “The End”, rather than the Part being labeled like in Part 1’s ending.
We also get the usual “thank you” message and for fans to look forward to the next work of the author.
The main announcement in this final message is that the final Volume 24 will be released on June 4th.
This will contain Chapter 223: “Ultimate Armor” all the way to Chapter 232, bringing the page total to 165 pages, with plenty of room for extra pages.
Part 2 is the longest part in the Chainsaw Man story, having 135 chapters as opposed Part 1’s 97 chapters, beginning in July 13, 2022, coinciding with the release of Chainsaw Man Season 1.
As of February 1, 2026, Chainsaw Man has sold 35 million copies worldwide.
