Boruto Anime Rumored To Come Back Only In 2027 Or 2028
The anime went on hiatus on Mar 26, 2023 after the release of episode 293 titled “Farewell”, marking the end of Part 1.
French Boruto leaker on Twitter, @Worllff, posted on Feb 14, 2024, a piece of news that would devastate Boruto fans.
According to him, the Boruto anime wouldn’t return until 2027 or 2028.

The anime went on hiatus on Mar 26, 2023 after the release of episode 293 titled “Farewell”, marking the end of Part 1. Part 2 has already been given the green light, but it’s been almost a year since any official news of its return.
If the rumor is true, then we won’t see time-skip Boruto animated for another 3 or 4 years.
However, the manga will continue to go on as per schedule, so atleast the manga is feeding Boruto fans every month.
