Ace of Diamond ACT II Anime to Get New Sequel

The green light has been given to the production of a follow-up television anime to Yūji Terajima’s Ace of Diamond Act II (Daiya no A Act II) manga, which debuted in 2019–2020.

Terajima drew an illustration to commemorate the news.

A television anime based on Terajima’s original Ace of Diamond baseball manga debuted in 2013. Crunchyroll streamed the entire 75-episode series as it aired in Japan.

Ace of Diamond: Second Season debuted in April 2015, and the 51-episode series was also streamed live on Crunchyroll.

In 2006, Terajima began publishing the follow-up manga Ace of Diamond Act II in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine.

In January 2015, he concluded the first chapter of the manga, which Kodansha then released in 47 volumes.

Then, in August 2015, Terajima released Ace of Diamond Act II: Part II. In 2016, the fifth and fourth manga volumes came in anime DVD bundles.
