On September 25, 2026, we got a preview for Shonen Jump Plus volume covers for the October 3rd release.

As such, we got the cover for Centuria Volume 10, the manga about the protagonist with 100 lives reaching its 10th volume.

This volume cover features Arkos Balkar, the first major antagonist, embracing his loyal maid Zira.

This covers the rest of the Post-Night Raid Arc, from Chapter 77: “Of Gods and Men” to Chapter 86: “Letter of Challenge” for a total of 200 pages, covering the lore behind Vulja the Deity of the Night, whose five parts are scattered, including the Heart within Diana’s body.

We get 8 extra pages of volume content.

Volume Content

Atoria’s Healing

We get an explanation of Atoria’s Healing Gift, which heals injuries in exchange for her own lifespan.

The more fatal the wound she wants to heal is, the more of her lifespan she must sacrifice as a price.

There are also more nuances: injuries are healed in order, beginning with newer, fresher ones.

Amputations that are not life-threatening can be healed relatively easily.

Furthermore, as long as she offers her lifespan, there is no wound she cannot heal.

However, she cannot cure poison or diseases.

Though internal organs damaged by poison or disease can be healed, fundamental cures are impossible.

Rene Luke

Rene Luke, servant to Queen Eire, possesses a certain special healing gift, similar to Atoria but it seems like he does not have the same drawback.

During the Western War, he accompanied Arkos as his caretaker, suffering stomach pain over Arkos’s outrageous behavior. (Arkos dislikes him.)

For some reason, Elstri feels a sense of fear toward this man (Elstri herself doesn’t understand why.)

Four Characters from 400 Years Ago

While we know the Supreme Lord King of Torivia is 400 years old, this volume also confirms that his Queen, Eire, is also from that time.

This volume also confirms that Eire is a Gifted One or even much stronger, especially with how she has “special abilities”, implying multiple Gifts.

Her political title as “Mother of Salvation” gives her a positive reputation in spite of her cruelty to the Supreme Lord’s illegitimate children.

We also meet a new character: Dolgar of the “Heavy Star” and he serves as Ceodric’s master in combat.

Lastly, the 1st Seat of the Iris Stratum, Lattice of the “Night Shade” is also 400 years old alongside the other three.

She serves as Lukas’s master

Lattice of the “Night Shade.” 1st Seat of the Iris Stratum. Lukas’s master. One of the humans of the same generation who have lived for over 400 years. Queen Eire. Arkos and Lacrima’s mother. Mother of Salvation. Possessor of special abilities.

Omake: Helem’s Rotten Garden

While Helem and Elstri are sleeping together like a pair of yuri bait, Zira spends time in Helem’s garden with Altus and Amber, the two clones of Arkos Balkar and Angvall Selma respectively made by Helem’s Articial Rebirth Gift, which creates living dolls of the dead.

The two dolls note that many of the plants are withered or rotten, with Zira saying this reflects Helem’s rotten personality: she collects various plants but rarely takes care of them and only occasionally calls a gardener.

Zira gives the two their own potted plants, saying that a weaker plant can be joined to a stronger rootstock to help it grow, representing the bond shared between the two dolls.

As Altus and Amber divide the responsibility of watering and weeding, Zira watches them and resolves to raise them properly so that they too will not wither.
