During the MAPPA 15th anniversary event on June 19th, we saw the first teaser for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4, The Culling Game Part 2.

Along with snippets from the previous season, we first see Kenjaku tell Kogane to end the Culling Game while throwing the Prison Realm containing Satoru Gojo in the ocean.

We finally see Kinji Hakari vs Hajime Kashimo animated for the first time, even showing a preview of Hakari’s Domain Expansion: Idle Death Gamble.

We then see the Sakurajima Colony fight between Maki Zenin and Naoya’s Cursed Womb form.

Alongside a split second cut of Kenjaku and Uraume’s meeting with the President and military leaders of the United States of America, we see Choso and Yuki Tsukumo’s fight against Kenjaku.

The trailer ends with Yuji’s despair over the big twist of the season and Ryumen Sukuna’s Binding Vow to Yuji from Season 1, that when he says “Enchain”, he will take over Yuji’s body for one full minute and that Yuji will forget this Binding Vow upon accepting it.

There are some nice details fans have noticed.

Anime fans have complained that Yuji lost the Sukuna eye marks on his face, even stating it could be AI when in reality, this is a result of Yuji no longer becoming Sukuna’s vessel.

There is also a shot of Megumi’s eye reflecting Sukuna as he is about to force the former to swallow his cursed finger for the swap.

This season will adapt the rest of Chapter 181: “Tokyo No. 2 Colony, Part 1” up to Chapter 220: “Self-Purification, Self-Constraint ” for total of 39 chapters, although we only see brief cuts of Chapter 215: “Fearsome Womb Part 7” and Chapter 220, hinting that it would end with the iconic Gojo line “Nah, I’d Win”.
