In the previous Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter, Inojin saves the day by hijacking the Mamushi hivemind but in the midst of this, Code is about to make his move.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 34 shows us its first sneak.
Sarada is in the infirmary, taken care of by her own mother Sakura.
Chocho and Sumire are with them.
Sakura remarks that Sarada’s prescription is off and that her eyesight has gotten worse and worse.
Being Sasuke’s wife and a victim of his Mangekyo abuse herself, Sakura remarks that usage of the Mangekyo Sharingan comes with weakening eyesight, depending on the jutsu and the situation it is used in.
However, if Sarada keeps using her Visual Prowess like she has been, she will run the risk of going completely blind.
Considering how crucial such power will be in the battle against Jura and Hidari, the only remaining Human God Trees left, will Sarada sacrifice her vision or will Sasuke give up his eyes to save hers?
This feels like setup for Sarada vs Hidari, where Sarada will restore her father but at the cost of his remaining eye.
