Killingham vs the Straw Hat Pirates! One Piece Chapter 1176 Hints!
The other Straw Hats, Nami, Jinbe and Usopp face off against the Holy Knight Killingham. Are they actually ready to take on a Holy Knight?
In the previous One Piece chapter, we finally learn of Loki’s God Fruit being Nidhogg, the rival of Sun God Nika and another of Imu’s ancient opponents.
The preview for One Piece Chapter 1176 is as follows: “Elbaph — the moment of liberation!!”
“What will happen to Luffy and Loki and the others…!?”
This chapter has a few hints of Luffy and Loki facing off against Imu.
Imu has expressed frustration with all their plans failing as of late.
Killingham also goes after the Straw Hats that have been freed, although Brook is much closer to where Gunko-Imu is.
However, we do not see Sanji, Zoro or Shepherd Sommers in this chapter but since Sanji is where Robin is and Sommers was defeated by Luffy (for now), Sanji’s opponent might not be the vertically-aligned Sommers, the sexist to Sanji’s respect for women and life, but the other sadist, Killingham, who controls the MMA nightmares.
This could still work since Shepherd Sommers’ opponent in God Valley was Silvers Rayleigh, Zoro’s counterpart in Roger’s era.
Killingham being Sanji’s opponent would still be good for him as a means to advance in his abilities and could even allow him to face some of his fears, perhaps.
However, it could also be that Jinbe will lead Nami and Usopp in the fight against Killingham, with Jinbe’s Armament Haki and Fishman Karate being able to momentarily halt the MMAs but nothing to actually defeat him.
There is no confirmation if there will be a break next week or not.
