Will Denji See Power in Hell? Chainsaw Man Chapter 225 Review!

In the previous Chainsaw Man chapter, Denji ate the Legs Devil after being struck by the Moon Spear.

Chainsaw Man Chapter 225 is titled, “Barf, Motorcycle, Hell”

This chapter has 15 pages.

The chapter begins with Yoru’s confusion over what specific Devil Denji ate, given that all creatures should move smoothly.

Birds also lost the ability to fly without legs to lift them up

Notice how pigs and humans lose their legs yet somehow, Fujimoto might be using the two small panels as a comparison point: that humans are no better than pigs.

Both are intelligent yet lazy.

Without legs, life would not work properly at all.

It is interesting how Yoru lacks Makima’s strong memory over the concepts eaten by the Chainsaw Devil and it so happens Yoru saw these Devils eaten.

This would make sense, however, considering that when Denji eats a Devil, the memory and concept of that object ceases to exist and therefore, Yoru lost memory over what was eaten.

Even though Yoru saw Denji eat her sister Death in Chapter 219: “The Bereft”, she immediately forget what she was, only remembering the strong feeling of loss.

Denji continues his feast of Devil pawns while Yoru crawls to a hiding spot.

Not wanting Denji to mess up “her world” any further, Yoru leaps out from her spot and makes a motorcycle into a weapon, the “Chainsaw Motorcycle”, but she suddenly fumbles her words as she loses all her teeth.

He ate the Teeth Devil.

This makes Denji barf out an eye and a Devil Pawn that was about to eat.

Yet still, they are in a Deathless, Legless, Toothless world.

Placing her arm inside Denji Man’s mouth, Yoru tries to make Denji barf out the previous Devils he ate and that results in Yoru remembering Teeth and Legs.

Denji kicks her off and the pair now face off inside a bedroom.

Yoru wonders what Denji did to all the Devils strapped to his body and Denji is surprised that they were not on his barf.

They soon spot other Devil Pawns and Denji runs for them but Yoru uses her Gun Arm to push the Devil Pawns away.

Denji changes his plans and runs off again, leading to Yoru once again accusing Denji of being a coward.

Denji says that the Pawns were not enough so he decides to hop down to a door in Hell to eat some Devils.

Man is a pure menace and he is about to rewrite the world.

Yoru follows Denji into hell and they jump in, turning around to Hell itself.

Now there is a lot that will happen.

Since they are seeing darkness in a sandy area, it is possible Denji might face off against the Darkness Devil, probably the only Primal Devil who has not lost his aura, unlike Aging, who was tricked into his own dimension but his presence had menace, and L’il D, who was a complete fraud.

Howevere, there is also the possibility of seeing the Blood Devil again.

Will this be how Denji fulfills his Contract with Power?

Will Hell be the final battlefield?

Chainsaw Man Chapter 226 will be released on January 14, 2026.
