Surprise Casting for One Piece Live-Action Season 2 Coming Tomorrow
Saving the best for last, we finally have an actor for Luffy’s brother locked in.
On November 5, 2025, it was announved on the official account of the One Piece Live Action series by Netflix that there will be new information about the casting of Portgas D. Ace tomorrow, November 6th.
Throughout 2025, majority of the cast for Season 2 has been revealed, including big reveals for Chopper and Nico Robin.
Now we have a surprise character who will appear at the tail end of the season, the end of the Drum Island Arc, Portgas D. Ace, who will not yet be identified as such or as Luffy’s brother
He will be in Drum Island searching for Blackbeard, a character who will likely appear in the next season as the pacing for Season 3 might suggest that Jaya or even Skypeia will be included after Alabasta.
