The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity Releases First Main Trailer
The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity Releases its first proper trailer and reveals its opening and ending themes

On June 6, 2025, the first trailer for The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity has been released.
The trailer begins with Kaworu Waguri, the female lead, saying that she never once thought Rintaro Tsumigi’s face was scary.
Rintaro, being a delinquent in his school with the delinquent blonde hair, was surprised by how she said this without hesitation.
We see how the two met in the Tsumigi Bakeshop as Kaoroku enjoyed her cake.
However, Kaoroku is from Kikyo Private Academy, an all-girl school on the opposite side of Chidori Public High School, and its shown well as Rintaro closed the curtains on the large window showing Waguri’s classroom, whose curtains are always closed due to the school’s intolerance for the other side.
As the opening theme plays, we also meet Rintaro’s friends: Saku Natsusawa, Shohei Usami, and Ayato Yorita.
In spite of their differences, Rintaro and Kaoroku still meet, much to the concern of the latter’s friend, Subaru Hoshina but here, she shows her curiosity, which tells the audience of the possibility she is willing to open up quickly.
As the ending theme plays, Kaoroku declares her intention to get to know Rintaro, not caring about where they go to school and eagerly smiling as they meet in front of Kikyo’s gates.
Along with the trailer, we also received a new key visual showing the main leads.
The opening theme is by Tatsuya Kitani (Jujutsu Kaisen Opening 3: “Where Our Blue Is”, Bleach: TYBW Opening 1: “Scar”) with the title “Manazashi wa Hikari”, translated as “The Gaze is Light”.
The ending theme is by Reira Ushio with the title, “Hare no Hi ni”, translated as “On This Sunny Day”.
The anime will be released on July 6, 2025 on Netflix and other platforms.

An experienced prop designer, Yuuko Yoshida has handled the modeling for the Ajin series, which is done in 3D, and is the prop design for “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?” and Shadow’s House.
